UK Delivery Information

Fabric Postage

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail & MyHermes. The price begins at £3.20 and will vary depending on the order's price and weight.

Heavier parcels over 2kg will go via MyHermes as this offers the best value for money for our customers.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, however, around busier periods such as sales or Christmas holidays, please allow for 3-5 working days before dispatch.

Small Item Postage

Labels, Pins, Light Haberdashery, Sewing Prints & Greeting Cards

We use 2nd Class Postage at a rate of £1.50 for all our small item postage.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 days plus the expected delivery date (3-5 working days) after dispatch in the UK. We advise that you wait the specified number of days by Royal Mail before making contact with us.

Incorrect address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct address is entered at checkout. Please double-check the address provided is correct, as Sew Anonymous will not be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer, and replacement items/refunds will not be issued due to this.

We do not dispatch any parcels over the weekend or Bank Holidays.

International
Delivery Information

Fabric Postage

Royal Mail Parcelforce International (Standard Delivery without Tracking) is our provider for all International orders. The price begins at £6.50 for orders placed in the EU and £9.50 for the rest of the world. The postage will then vary in price depending on the price and weight of the order placed.

Please get in touch if you’d prefer a tracking number. This, however, will incur an extra charge and may be much higher than the delivery cost you already paid.

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, however, around busier periods such as sales or Christmas holidays, please allow for 3-5 working days before dispatch.

Small Item Postage

Labels, Pins, Light Haberdashery, Sewing Prints & Greeting Cards

To Europe, we charge a flat rate of £4.50 and the rest of the world £5 for small item postage!

Import and Custom Charges

We will not be responsible for any charges due to import tax fees or customs charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient receiving the Sew Anonymous order in their specific destination.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return non-personalised items from the date you received them. Personalised items, i.e. fabric or any item which has been cut to order and therefore personalised, is not eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a return on non-personalised items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Reduced items and Remnants

We do not accept returns on Reduced items and Remnants.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Orders

We take pride in our products, and each order is quality checked before shipping. In the unlikely event an order containing a non-personalised item is received damaged or found to be faulty, please get in touch with us. Please include your order number and a detailed description (including photos) of the reason for return. We can then work with you to provide a solution. We recommend posting your parcel via recorded delivery to provide you with proof of postage. Reimbursement of the postage cost and the refund will be returned once the product is inspected and confirmed faulty or damaged.

We cannot offer a refund on fabric or items which have been personalised and cut to order. However, we will offer a replacement or refund or store credit if the item is found to be faulty or damaged in transit. 

Please note: Sew Anonymous is not to be held responsible in the event of shrinkage of fabric and this does not fall under the category of damage or fault of the product. We highly recommend that you pre-wash your fabric before using it to make your lovely creations as the fabric can shrink up to 5% after a wash. A slight colour change may occur after washing so; please remember to separate darks from lights before proceeding and wash on a cool wash of 30 degrees centigrade.
