This includes labels, lapel pins, embroidered patches, needle minders, buttons and greeting cards.

UK Rates

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 

Standard rates without tracking:

  • 1st Class for £2.00 (1 to 2 working days).
  • 2nd Class for  £2.50 (3 to 5 workings days).

Upgraded rates which includes tracking:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked £4.00 (1 to 2 working days).
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked £3.00 (3 to 5 working days). 

International Rates

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International (3 to 17 business days).
  • Europe without tracking - £4.50.
  • Europe with tracking - £9.50.
  • Rest of the world without tracking - £5.00.
  • Rest of the world with tracking - £10.00.
We highly recommend that orders are purchased with tracking. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost during transit once dispatched.

We are currently shipping fabric and sewing patterns to UK customers only. 
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (equivalent to Royal Mail 2nd Class) is £4.00.
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked (equivalent to Royal Mail 1st Class) is £5.00.

Free shipping is available to UK customers on orders over £50.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, however, around busier periods such as sales or holidays, please allow for 3-5 working days before dispatch.

Estimated arrival date after dispatch:

  • UK: 1 - 5 working days. 
  • Europe: 4 - 8 working days.
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 14 working days. 


In most cases, import and customs charges apply to international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver. You may want to check out the border controls website of your own country for more information on what charges may be incurred.

We do not accept returns on reduced items, seconds or remnants.

In the case of Fabric returns only.

We cannot offer a refund on fabric or items which have been personalised and cut to order. However, we will offer a replacement or refund or store credit if the item is found to be faulty or damaged in transit. 

Disclaimer: We are not to be held responsible in the event of shrinkage of fabric and this does not fall under the category of damage or fault of the product. We highly recommend that you pre-wash your fabric before you begin sewing as the fabric can shrink up to 5% after a wash. A slight colour change may occur after washing so; please remember to separate darks from lights before proceeding and wash on a cool wash of 30 degrees centigrade.



Lost or Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 20 business days plus the expected delivery date (3-5 working days) in the EU or 25 days for the rest of the world. We advise that you wait the specified number of days by Royal Mail before contacting us.

Incorrect address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct address is entered at checkout. Please double-check the address provided is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer, and replacement items/refunds will not be issued due to this.

International Returned to Sender

In the rare instance where a parcel finds it way back to us. (This usually occurs when the recipient fails to pick up the parcel from the local depot, an incorrect address is given, or a refusal to pay import charges). We will get in touch with you to rearrange a new delivery and it is the recipients responsibility to pay the shipping cost. In the event that the recipient no longer wishes to receive the order, a refund will be issued, minus the postage that was already incurred when it was first sent.

Postage to Germany

We have resumed delivery to Germany on a trial basis, however we will only be offering a tracked service of £10. ​

We've recently had to make the difficult decision to pause postage to Germany. The reason is due to severe delays with parcels being held at Germanys border contol for long periods or frequently being returned to us. We are not sure why this happens so often, however, to avoid disappointment or delays, all postage to Germany has been suspended until further notice. We are sorry for this inconvinence as we like to offer the same service to all our customers and we hope to resume delivery to Germany again in this year, 2023.
